- Label doors and drawers
- Set up plastic barriers and cover floors and counters with paper
- Remove doors and drawer faces from cases
- Remove handles and hinges from doors and drawers
- Hang all doors and drawers on racks in location order
- Degrease cases, doors and drawers
- Sand cabinet cases, doors and drawers with 100 grit paper
- Vacuum and wipe down
- Repair dents, dings, scrapes, etc..
- Sand repairs
- Vacuum and wipe
- Sand cases, doors and drawers with 120 grit paper
- Vacuum and wipe with tack cloths
- Set up exhaust system
- Apply 1 coat of Surfacing Primer on doors, drawers, cases with HVLP sprayer
- Sand doors, drawers, cases with 220 grit paper
- Vacuum and wipe doors, panels, drawers, and cases
- Apply 1st coat of color to doors, drawers, cases with HVLP sprayer
- Sand doors, drawers, cases with 220 grit paper
- Vacuum and wipe down with tack cloths
- Apply 2nd coat of color with HVLP sprayer
- Remove all tape, plastic and paper
- Re-install hinges to doors
- Install doors to cases
- Install drawer faces to drawer boxes
